The Role

The role of Senior Administrator will be on a fixed term basis until September 2023 and will be instrumental in managing the day to day administrative functions within the People Operations team within the college. Working closely with key departments and a People Business Partner to ensure we deliver our services timely and accurately.

As a Senior Administrator you will be responsible for all the administrative duties associated with new starters and existing staff, from sending out offer letters to entering/updating data on our HR software as well as processing key checks such as DBS’.

Ideally, you will have a background within administration and experience of delivering excellent customer service.
