As Project Lead for this exciting development you will be key in supporting the college’s mission to be consistently great and ensure that our learners get the qualifications and skills they need to go further in employment, careers, apprenticeships, further training and university level courses.

You will be carrying out the full breadth of project lead duties, such as:

  • Develop an engaging, responsive and flexible online curriculum for Adult Learning

  • Ensure growth in learner recruitment

  • Developing new curriculum opportunities across a wide range of sectors while fascilitating productive partnerships with external agencies

  • Develop impactful marketing opportunities and work closely with College teams to promote the curriculum offer to both employers and adult learners

  • Ensure that Academy growth targets are met

After your year with us, success in this role would look like:

  • Ensured delivery of a great learning experience within budgets and designated timescales

  • Developed and agreed project plans which lead to the delivery of set objectives

  • Successfully reported to the relevant project steering Group, project Board and external funders/stakeholders as required
