Employability Skills Coach
Salary Range £21,757 - £26,516
37 hours X 52 weeks

Whether you’ve taught students before or are looking for the perfect entry point into the world of education, being an Employability Skills Coach with The Sheffield College guarantees every day will be a rewarding experience.
You will be carrying out the full breadth of Skills Coach duties, including:
· Deliverer an interactive and engaging employability programme to (L1 & L2)
· Co-ordinate work placements
· Report on key KPI’s for work experience and work readiness
· Analyse data and produce reports for managers
· Ensure Health and Safety monitoring activities are carried out, by adhering to College policy.
· Champion our single-minded commitment to putting students first.
· Exemplify our values of Inclusivity, Diversity, and Celebrating Achievement.

· Be able to confidently deliver to a group of students
· Have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and IPC’s
· Previous experience and in-depth knowledge of employability skills
