With time dedicated to developing both your own skills and the rest of your team’s, apply now if you're looking for a fresh challenge within a forward-thinking organisation that looks after its people and maintains a happy and healthy working culture.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Administrative Services Manager to develop a rolling training plan

  • Achieved high levels of satisfaction from administrative service users
  • Ensured your team has provided a flexible and timely administrative function
  • Implemented a comprehensive training plan and developed your team
  • Enthusiastically engaged with the college's dedicated CPD programmes
