As a Learner Support Assistant, you’ll work with SEND students to help break down barriers in their learning, supporting teaching and learning both in and out of the classroom to ensure all students have access to quality education!
In this rewarding and varied role, you’ll play a key role in monitoring students’ development and achievement. Working closely with the teachers & tutorial mentors to ensure students are positively engaged with their learning, fully stretched and able to achieve their goals while enjoying their time in college.
You may also be required to support students at break and lunchtimes, as well as welcome them into college each morning and assist with accessing transport at the end of the day.
