Salary: £31,098 - £34968 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 37 hours per week x 52 weeks per year

About the Role

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and translating user needs into actionable solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Projects officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within The Sheffield College. In this role you will play a key part in planning and executing projects across the College.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Organising project planning and progress meetings, creating agendas and ensuring accurate minutes of meetings
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing project progress on a regular basis, in accordance with specific timescales.
  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of annual programme of schemes.
  • Co-ordinate assigned projects advising the Estates Project Manager on matters relating to Project progress, risk and issues, resources and financial spend.
