Key Responsibilities
Delivery of high-quality and impactful student contact time through a mix of work-related activity, industry speakers and work-based visits
Support progression to further study and employment through relevant experiences of different technical areas
Play a key role in ensuring all learners have exposure to experiencing the world of work through classroom-based delivery and work placements, where appropriate
Ensure all academy students undertake work related activity as part of their study programme
Improve outcomes for all academy students through meaningful sessions on employability skills
Ensure robust and appropriate parent/carer and employer liaison
