Salary: £31,719 - £35,667 per annum (pro-rated for term time)

Hours: 37 hours X 40 weeks per year

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Personal Tutor for the Service Industries Academy, who will work within the Early Years and Childcare department. The Role is pivotal in our ambitions to provide all students with the best possible experience at college. The role encompasses student support and advocation, whilst working alongside curriculum staff to enhance positive experiences, wellbeing, and academic achievement at college.
As a Personal Tutor you will play a crucial role in not only supporting individual student needs but also in contributing to the broader mission of providing an enriching and supportive learning environment. Personal tutors will support and work with curriculum staff and students by implementing and assisting interventions to improve well-being, attendance and academic success.
