Position: Application Support Analyst
Salary: £34,631 - £39,996 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Sheffield
Hours: 37 hours per week x 52 weeks per year

About the Role
Are you passionate about IT and looking to make a real difference in a dynamic and diverse educational environment? The Sheffield College is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join our dedicated IT Systems team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and supporting a wide range of applications and systems across the college. You’ll handle incidents and resolve issues related to key third-party applications, including our Student Records System (e.g. Tribal EBS), Finance System (e.g. Unit4 ABW), and HR System (e.g. MHR iTrent). Additionally, you will provide support for in-house developed applications and contribute to the deployment of new tools and systems as our business needs evolve.
